I moved to San Francisco in 2015 for a job in the heart of Silicon Valley. The diversity in taste and perspective in San Francisco and the lack of eateries offering my favorite Indian dishes inspired me to share my food with the outside world. I learned to cook from my grandmother at a young age. I was intrigued by the complexity of the flavors and haven’t stopped exploring since.
