You can expect both familiar and unfamiliar flavours in our dishes but most importantly, bold flavours! We often use a lot of vinegar and citrus in our cooking which gives Filipino food a distinct flavour profile of mostly sour, salty and sweet.
Filipino cuisine historically has many influences including Chinese, Malaysian, and even Spainish to name a few. Our cuisine is considered the “Original Fusion” food and we embrace the incredible variety of ingredients that we use to evolve our traditional dishes.
