Our group loves The Corson Building — we’ve dined there twice and plan to return next summer. So for December we thought we’d try one of chef Matt Dillon’s highly-regarded sister establishments, Sitka & Spruce. The restaurant is located in Capitol Hill’s Melrose Market — and we’ll have the lovely mezzanine space to ourselves.
You can reserve your spot by joining FDO40 Seattle or paying a $15 guest fee at ticket link
The four-course family-style menu begins with a three-dish appetizer/vegetable course, then fish and meat courses – both with accompaniments, and dessert. The $109 event prepayment includes dinner, coffee, tax, tip, and administrative fee; alcohol and other beverages are not included. We will arrange for our server to bill you individually for beverages and food outside the family-style menu. Do let us know of any dietary restrictions you may have.
