Farm-to-table family style dining on a beautiful 3 acre farm, with absolutely stunning views. At Wellness Rising Collaborative, we are welcoming diners to visit and enjoy a freshly prepared meal on a local farm. We have partnered with local chef Kevin Lemke and are bringing our guests fresh, local, seasonal meals prepared on-site using a combination of local produce and ingredients from other local businesses. Farm dinners with WRC are all about the food—how it’s grown, who nurtures it, how it’s cooked and pairing it with unique flavors. Dinners will be limited to 36 guests eating at tables surrounded by nature. You just can’t get any closer to the roots of our food culture.
Our long dining tables encourage conversation among dinner guests. The slow food nature of the meal allows guests time to wander the property and explore between breaks in the meal. Wines are paired with each course by Kevin Lemke and XXX. The evening concludes as the skies typically show off the end of the day with a brilliant sunset as the dinner comes to a close around 8 pm. After appetizers and dinner we will also have an optional sunset yoga with the goats, on the premises.
A Few Things to Consider Before You Come: While we strive to create an elegant, peaceful and delicious evening for our guests, this is a working farm and meals are served outdoors. Outdoor events can be subject to inclement weather, insects and the usual “assaults” from nature. If outside conditions become challenging, we will move the dinner into the property.
