Miguel Camas was the first employee hired at Zazie in 1992, and after 27 years here he is retiring and moving to his hometown of Oxkutzcab, Yucatán, Mexico! In honor of Miguel, Zazie will put aside our French menu and have a pop-up Yucatecan Feast created by Miguel and Francisco. All food proceeds will be donated to Miguel’s retirement fund.
