Oxtails with garlic mashed potatoes, Baked rabbit with rice and gravy, Shark, Roasted Duck, Buffalo Meat Balls, Squirrel Stew, Venison Chili, Chitterlings, Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Brisket and Potato Empanadas, Menudo, Shrimp and Crawfish Etouffee, Creole Cabbage, Sea Food Dressing, Alligator Gumbo, Kangaroo Sliders, Camel Tacos, Python Sausage with Garlic and Basil, Rattlesnake sausage with rabbit and Jalapeno.
