In the middle of winter it might seem tough to be a pop-up restaurant focused on local farm foods, but there are still many offerings of storage vegetables and winter-hardy crops from surrounding farms.
We’ll be raiding the larder for many of the items we preserved in 2019 and combining them with Washington’s winter vegetables to supply you with a delicious dinner at our first Pop-Up of the new year!
Our main dishes focus on thoughtful combinations of grains and vegetables, while meat or seafood are offered as optional side dishes. There is always something for eveyone at a Three Sacks Full dinner.
$40 fixed menu for two courses and a choice of side dish.
Wine, beer, cider, N.A. drinks and dessert are additional.
