Celebrate Mother’s Day with a LIVE, hands-on wine tasting workshop on Zoom! Learn how to talk about wine like a sommelier through a systematic process – see, smell, and taste – with WSET 3-Certified Matter Of Wine (MOW) Educator, Murphy. We’ll be exploring Portugal’s viticulture and rich wine-making history by popping open two delicious bottles from a local wine company, Diniz Cellars.

2. Download Zoom, free, and take 1 minute to sign up for an account: https://zoom.us/download
3. You’ll be receiving a Zoom link through email on 5/9. On 5/10 at 4:30pm, click on the link to be added to our workshop.
4. During our hour-long workshop, learn about winemaking in Portugal and how to describe and evaluate wine…and bond with Mom while dong it!
*TIPS FOR CLASS*
1. 10 minutes before our workshop, have both wine bottles open and prepare a glass or two per person. Set up your computer or mobile phone and have the email link ready to go!
2. Please mute your microphone once you join our class! Our Educator will ask for questions periodically, at which point, please raise your hand to be called on. Unmute your microphone, ask your question, and mute it once again.
3. This is a one-ticket-per-household event: for the price of 1 ticket, you and everyone who lives in your home will receive access to the LIVE workshop. Live apart from Mom? Email her full name and email to murphy@matterofwine.
