Inspired by the abundance of fruit and vegetables available, Amaryllis has created a menu that pays homage to irresistible summer days, with juicy tomatoes and fragrant herbs, while welcoming the new season, with a much loved rich stew (a staple of Amaryllis’ mom) and a delicious cheesecake, served with sweet, jammy roasted grapes, the true stars of harvest season.
What to expect:
You will be welcomed with a unique cocktail. You will then enjoy a 5-course dinner.
