Chef Josue (Josh) Lopez is well known in his hometown, Brisbane. For a number of years heading up the two-hat GOMA restaurant, 2016 Citi Qld Chef of the Year, G20 World Leaders dinner and Pressure test elimination challenge on 2017 Masterchef.
He has worked in London and at Noma as well as several well-known Brisbane restaurants. This December, Josue is doing 3 pop-up dinners in Sydney. At Salt Meats Cheese in Circular Quay where a private oasis will host an exclusive long table dining experience.
