Restaurant Fööri is a pop-up restaurant and charity event organized on November 17th. The event takes place on board of the ship Nikolai II, located in Helsinki South Harbour. The dining experience will be a unique and atmospheric one, as you can enjoy the beautiful Helsinki harbor views on board of the ship and on the heated deck.
During the event we serve delicious meals prepared by professional chefs, honoring Nordic archipelago traditions. Special meal requirements are well-considered and the event is non-alcoholic, which makes it perfect for everyone – old and young! Meals sold in the event are inexpensive, the menu will be published on our Facebook event shortly.
All the money raised during the event will be donated to support mental health care and crisis support for youth and young adults. We have chosen the local non-governmental organisation for social services, HelsinkiMissio, to be our charity target. In 2017 HelsinkiMissio helped nearly 3,400 young people. We will also be cooperating with several amazing partners, who have shown great goodwill by joining our mission.
