As part of the Cultural Day programme at the Berlin Tea Festival 2022, we present to you a unique tea-food pairing workshop, where you embark on a hands-on journey of Tea-Food pairing.
Unlike a typical dry and theoretical workshop, you will get to experience for yourself the art, awaken your senses with the exploding flavours of the teas and macarons, and discover your preferences in tea-food pairing, as we guide you along.
In this workshop, Chinese and Taiwanese teas meet French macarons with Singapore-inspired flavours, handmade by the talented duSucre Macarons.
What is different about our workshop?
Look forward to an interactive 90-minute session with our host, as well as other guests. Together, you will taste 2 very unique macarons that have been specially made for this workshop accompanied by 2 teas, and experience the interaction between all the flavours.
