At HESSPEA Plant-Based Cooking & Hospitality our mission is to create a culturally immersive cooking & dining experience for home cooks in a fun and relaxed environment. Cooking up delicious plant-based food isn’t our only priority, as advocates for sustainable home cooking, we’re inspired by a culturally diverse and more inclusive food system. Come explore, awaken your senses, and incorporate some SOUL (Seasonal, Organic, Urban, Local) food into your diet.
From a spicy Ethiopian spice blend to a Moroccan spice mixture, we’re bringing Southern, Latin American, Caribbean, and African flavors to your table. Each meal is a creative fusion inspired by these regions. We start with the freshest ingredients (organic when possible), using seasonal fresh fruit, leafy greens & vegetables. Meals also incorporate whole grains, pasta, beans, peas, rice, lentils, sweet potatoes & corn. After we cook all of that wonderful food we’ll enjoy an eclectic and comfortable dining experience.
