A special ramen pop-up event hosted by ramen enthusiast RAMEN512 and Austin’s beloved SEOULJU KOREAN KITCHEN AND BAR.
RAMEN512 has spent years to study authentic Japanese ramen in his home kitchen in Austin. He then left his job and came to work at Ramen Shack NYC where he was trained directly by ramen chef Keizo Shimamoto. Now he wants to share his ramen with ramen fans in ATX.
This time we will serve you two delicious bowls of ramen: the classic Chuka Soba aka Shoyu Ramen and Niboshi (dried sardines) Soba. Tickets for ramen will be available for purchase online via Eventbrite on November 11 at 12pm CST. Seoulju will offer soju mix and other beverages that can be purchased at the venue.
