Chef Francis presents an experimental concept based on his two favorite cuisines to eat: it’s kinda like Italian food with a Filipino accent.
Join us on 11/4 at Loosie’s Kitchen & Cafe. The supper will be served FAMILY STYLE with 1 or 2 seatings (depending on how many tickets sold.) Check the page as the event date comes closer for updates on time and menu.
Menu courses will consist of:
2-Antipasti courses (Appetizer and Salad)
1-Primi course (Pasta/Rice Option)
2-Secondi courses (Fish AND Pork Dish)
1 Contorni (Side Dish)
1-Dolci (Dessert)
