Fabio & Rita’s Italian Pop-Up was born out of a desire to share authentic Italian food and hospitality in unique locations. Whidbey Pies Cafe is just that, a quaint setting inside the historic Greenbank Farm, and we are excited to have them host our pop-up restaurant. We will be serving a unique 4 course menu every First Friday of the month through the summer: August 4th and September 1st are the last two dates!
A little bit about us …
Fabio Consonni is a classically trained Italian Chef and has worked in Michelin starred restaurants in Milan, Paris and New York, including Trussardi alla Scala, Lassere and Gramercy Tavern.
Rita Di Tondo is a Sommelier and Wine Educator, who worked at Per Se in New York, and spent ten years living in Italy, where she got her Masters from the University of Slow Food.
We recently relocated to Seattle and are excited to share a little taste of “la dolce vita” with you at Whidbey Pies Cafe.
