Join us for a night of dedicated to pork! We’ll start the evening with a toast to pork and dive into a butcher demo! Enjoy some skillfully prepared hors d’oeuvres, masterfully paired with Six Sigma wines as you enjoy the demo. Our partner’s, Pape’s Meat Co. butchers, will show you best cuts, best practices for each cut including cooking methods. Feel free to ask questions! 

Then sit down for family style entrees and dessert. (Yes we said entrees…plural 🙂 All paired with some more of our favorites from Six Sigma Winery! (We’ll even have an pre-release of one varietal that you’ll get to try before anyone else! And not to worry, you’ll be able to pre-order.)
