With a firm belief that hospitality, love, and good food can build family, I left my career solely as a gallery curator to create Oti – a new American restaurant with true Romanian roots. Taking my mother’s namesake, Oti is like your mother’s kitchen, if your mother was a minimalist loving, craft cocktail drinking, badass.
My goal is ultimately to serve hospitality and care through recipes I grew up with. Oti re-interprets my immigrant roots by adding my passions of art and creativity into each recipe.
