Zesty Gourmet and The Manor at Airmont present a one-of-a-kind pop-up dinner, The Meat Shack.
Join resident chefs, John and Leanne Homan, as they present a journey of culinary delights beginning on the lawn with charred corn, Charcuterie and smoked cocktails. Follow the smoky aroma into our Great Room and enjoy tiny, succulent bites as you pass through . Finally, find your seat at our table and enjoy a four-course meal of the chef’s smoked and fired specialties complete with wine and beer pairings.
