Featuring a delicious selection chosen and curated by the Organizers, the International CHOCOLATE SALON participants include over 40 of master chocolatiers, confectioners, wineries, other culinary artisans and more.
Salon highlights include chocolate tasting, chef & author talks, and ongoing interviews by TasteTV’s Chocolate Television program.
