Three Sacks Full is a Seattle pop-up project by Michael Tsai (chef) and Matthew Curtis (sommelier), dedicated to serving wholesome, delicious food largely based on vegetables, grains and to a lesser degree fish and meat. We want to share thoughtfully prepared and creative, yet uncomplicated meals with the Seattle community using produce that is grown in our region.
We source almost every ingredient directly from regional organic farmers and even have our own 1/4 acre in the Carnation valley.
The vibe is casual and fun with counter service and no reservations; just show up anytime Sunday night between 5-9pm at La Medusa restaurant. The menu is different at every event depending on what’s in the fields!
